While our branded emails were once comprised of straightforward discounts and (dare I say) boring sales copy, I helped reinvent our strategy by transitioning to more engaging and interesting editorialized emails. Mixing vibrant imagery with personality-laced content, these new emails focused on a distinctive narrative—while increasing conversion and click-through rates in the process.
